 m Oberkommando der Werhmact (OKW43).\n\n\n\nLaurence and his colleagues ar
 e from the OKW43 re-enactment group and their talk "Between Campaigns: Sic
 ily 1943" will focus on the rarely talked about period of time from April 
 to July 1943.&nbsp\;\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nDuring the talk\, they will discuss
  a range of topics from the political and diplomatic stance on the Island 
 to logistical issues posed by the evacuation of the German Africa Corps as
  well as the German and Italian build up of Forces and how that affected t
 he local population\, and ultimately why Operation Husky was such a speedy
  campaign.\n\n\n\nTickets £3/person payable on the door.
